does anybody offer an away matchday programme subscription service via post or is it a case of contacting each club for the programme?

Contact the club store. They used to have an arrangement where you could collect all away progs from the store or pay to have them delivered to your house.

An option for the odd one is either the respective online club shop, or eBay - some sell their programmes direct on there.
