Away fans next season

Anyone know if the away fans will normally be accommodated in the SE corner and part of the East or the SE corner and part of the South... (or both)?!

And if they only sell half the away allocation, which bit will then be home match-day tickets?

May be wrong but I seem to remember that, subject to the stadium extension going ahead, away fans would normally be accommodated at the south end of the East Stand but that it would continue round into the South Stand for FA Cup ties where 15% rather than 10% is normally allocated to the visiting team.

No doubt also for any special circumstances !

Does that mean the South Stand will largely be home season tickets next season?

If (when) the club get the green light for the extension, the away fans will be in the South end of the East stand. We've been season ticket holders in that area and have had to choose new seats ie. East upper (2nd row, hurrah!). If the permission isn't granted then we'll have our old seats back.
Think the South stand will be home supporters and another 1901 area.

If we do get the extra seats, does that mean that there will be a few extra seats for the away fans?

Only downside is going to be the racket supporters of clubs like leeds will make under the east stand roof :(
(i wil b east upper middle)

They will still need an area for the extra away allocation for cup games, so I imagine that will be the first block of the south (which would therefore have to be kept for match day tickets rather than season tickets).

not when the fans closer to the roof (home fans in ESU) will hopefully make more noise! the south stand roof is closer to them than the east stand will be.

The East Stand was in fine voice on Saturday!!

One of the two or three times I've heard them to be honest, it would be brilliant if they could over exaggerate 'East' in the "We're the EEEEEAAAAAAAST stand, we're the EEAAASST stand we're the EEAAST stand Brighton boys!"
