I read it as the two seats beside you rather than 'yours' and if you knew they were Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool fans then I suspect they weren't as respectful as they should have been and, if so, I'd go as far as to suggest they're probably not regulars at actual real life games of the teams they 'support'. And consequently, I think one or two of the responses you have got are a bit over the top as it would seriously piss me off as well.Sorry, didn't explain well. The seats aren't mine, just next to me. The ST holders gave them up last season so they go on the open market each game.
I don't mind tourists or newbies, I just hate the person sat next to me to be shouting for the opposition and giving me lip all game.
As a side, I nearly purchased one as a cheap half season under 10 (or something) for £100.
But we've all been in a home end and know how to behave.
We had two seats next to us in the North that were on sale on a match by match basis for a couple of seasons. That match where city were awarded the Premier League trophy, there were two young lads early twenties in the seats who, when City scored, turned and smiled at each other. A rather large bloke behind us lent forward and announced very loudly to the pair of them 'Can you keep it down gentleman, please'. Amused them and us
