Sorry, didn't explain well. The seats aren't mine, just next to me. The ST holders gave them up last season so they go on the open market each game.
I don't mind tourists or newbies, I just hate the person sat next to me to be shouting for the opposition and giving me lip all game.
As a side, I nearly purchased one as a cheap half season under 10 (or something) for £100.

I read it as the two seats beside you rather than 'yours' and if you knew they were Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool fans then I suspect they weren't as respectful as they should have been and, if so, I'd go as far as to suggest they're probably not regulars at actual real life games of the teams they 'support'. And consequently, I think one or two of the responses you have got are a bit over the top as it would seriously piss me off as well.

But we've all been in a home end and know how to behave.

We had two seats next to us in the North that were on sale on a match by match basis for a couple of seasons. That match where city were awarded the Premier League trophy, there were two young lads early twenties in the seats who, when City scored, turned and smiled at each other. A rather large bloke behind us lent forward and announced very loudly to the pair of them 'Can you keep it down gentleman, please'. Amused them and us

If it bothers you that much, don't put them on sale and make sure you don't renew the tickets for next season so someone who will use the seats as a season ticket can take them.

Failing that, stop being a grumpy old bastard and just accept that two people who may or may not support the Albion will enjoy seeing Premier league football match.

If they behave then what is the problem, you could even speak to them and find out that they are perfectly friendly normal football fans. If they turn out to be total tw@ts then I'm sure you can take pleasure in screaming for a steward to kick them out and then post on here how heroically you have behaved.

The seat next to me is sold match by match. I’ve met several supporters of other clubs who have been good to chat to, along with some Mitoma tourists (one of whom was a Chelsea fan who said “I might be a Brighton supporter now” when he left). There’s only one I told to F off when he left towards the end of the game, and that was at the Liverpool cup game.

I stand by I still don’t like opposition supporters sat next to me. Neutrals fine, but it irritates me when it’s away fans. I watch a lot of games as a neutral and I always respect the section I’m in and support the team I’m with (except a 3-3 draw at Leeds where they were 3-0 up at HT, that was just funny). It does help I could strike a conversation with a brick wall, so normally just chat to the supporters about the game / team. I want to feel the emotion of the game and it does make it a bit shit when there’s someone sitting next to you who’s actively enjoying what the other team is doing.

I thought I was going to have to step in to protect an Albion youth (about 14yo) who was in the Fulham end at the Amex in February. He appeared to have gone with some mates and had got sussed by a Fulham fan a few years older. He was getting dog's abuse and looked a bit wobbly. Luckily, a few of us told the mouthy Fulham to pick on someone his own size and my daughter gave him a hard stare and he shut up. I think he was upset there wasn't any Victoria Sponge available in any of the catering outlets.

Noticed a few Liverpool fans in the stands around me today. One was trying to conceal the Liverpool tattoo on his leg, despite wearing shorts and there was one in the row in front with a Liverpool screensaver on his phone taking pics of the Liverpool players.
Three in the shop, zip ups done up but you could easily see their red shirts.

Two just to the left of me, taking the seats of two regular STHs, so would have been exchange purchases.

I twigged them as soon as I arrived, and looked over when we went one up. Everyone standing and celebrating bar the two new faces who were both sitting motionless. I gave them a thumbs up and a big cheery grin.

They both did funny little actions when Liverpool scored - I guess they were suppressing their natural urge to celebrate properly.

I so wanted us to snatch a winner...

Had a good look around, three suspects in our block pre-match but by the end think they were just day-trippers/neutrals perhaps
Why is being in the shop notable though ? I quite often have a look at the shop at away grounds…….

We saw a guy with a Liverpool shirt and his two sons in BHA shirts, made me want to be sick, SHAMEFUL. I think it's poor, a lot of the people around us today got fed up of seeing a couple in front of us in the North Stand, but they seemed harmless so I left them to it, but we agreed that these matches should be for those with purchase history only to minimise this from happening.

Had the Guildford branch of Liverpool supporters Across the aisle to the side of me in WSU. One of the knobby bellenders thought it was his devine right to stand in the middle of the aisle and obstruct a dozen or so fans views and video the penalty. He was told in no uncertain terms to feck off but still thought he was doing nothing wrong but shuffled back up the steps to finish off his recording. He then smuggly waltzed down the steps mumbling under his breath as he walked passed me. NOW AT 56, MAYBE I SHOULD OF JUST FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT..SOD THAT! on 78 mins I did what any petulant adolescent would do...LEPT OUT OF MY SEAT, TOOK ONE STEP DOWN THE AISLE, TOOK 4 PACES TO MY LEFT AND PLACED MY PHONE VIDEOING DUNK AND CO CELEBRATING THE EQUALIZER RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LIVERPOOL SUPPORTERS FACE! YES very childish but by christ did it feel good! UTA
