Our first time in the fifth round in 25 years and only 1,500 can be arsed to turn up?
Well, going to Villa is a good day out. It's still a shit place but the match was good value. Nice stadium too. Going to Stoke is just... I mean, I'll still try to get tickets even though the ticket ordering system is hellbent on no letting me go to games this season, but it's not the tie anyone wanted. A team that's probably going to beat us in the dullest way possible? Its our Cup Final...... surely?..... chuckle,..... their board will be full of "we should be beating teams like Brighton",.... blah blah blah,..... and as for how many will go,.... 6500 to Villa last year,... 4k to Watford,... I doubt any more than 1500 will be interested in this game,.... at best...... unless they make it £10 a head or something.
The team I want to see most of all in the fifth round is Brighton and Hove Albion, does anyone else feel like this?
It will be a good litmus test of our 'true' support. if we don't sell the full allocation it will indicate we are a bit two bob and just a bunch of gloryseekers. Let's face it, if we can take 3,600 against Watford, who are a division below Stoke, we ought to take more than that for a match against a Prem team...........unless the fanbase are too superior to attend.
Spot on. I thought the whole idea of getting promoted this season was to pit our wits against better teams in better stadiums. We are away to a premiership side and I`ll be interested in seeing how we fare.
People tchh.

They might make it £10 a head for their fans and still charge us £25...they have a track record in that department, don't forget!
