Sorry - I am completely PC illiterate. How can I get an image that is in Word as my avatar. Is it possible?

right click on the picture , go to propeties , and copy and paste the web page part of it ! (simple enough)

Tripod.com don't seem to allow remote linking, but their UK counterparts don't seem to mind.
