Give me an English Rose over a potty-mouthed sheila with sun-ravaged skin any day

I'm with you there, I can't believe what some of them come out with and also on the TV and radio the words, s**t, p***ed, w***ker, t***er and a few others are spoken as frequently as and, the ,it etc, even on the ABC which I supposed was the last bastion of civilised decorum.
I am not a prude but there is a time and a place for industrial language, if required and I feel it is not on prime time radio and tv.

I know what you're saying, but I suggest anyone questioning the QUALITY of women in Australia sit in Martin Place for an hour in the summer. It's unbelievable, and way better than London.

It's because they aren't bound by the constraints of hundreds of years of repressed values :p

I actually don't see much difference between Irish women and Aussie women in their attitudes9maybe that's where it comes from originally).

Don't take shit from men and aren't afraid to stick up for themselves.

That won't suit the men who like the wife chained to the kitchen sink but I don't mind that they have got a bit of get up and go about them.
