Hello all,
A friend is auctioning off a couple of signed Albion shirts in order to raise money for his 3 year old son who sadly was diagnosed with cancer.
"In May 2014 we received the terrible news that our youngest son Ellis had lymphoblastic lymphoma at the age of 3. He immediately started an intensive Chemotherapy treatment which we were told would last for at least the next 3 years.
The months since the diagnosis have been very difficult for the whole family, not least Ellis's two older brothers Adam (9) and Caden (7) who have had to watch their brother become very poorly, and accept a radically changed family life.
We would like to give all three boys something to really look forward to, so we have set up this page to help raise money to take them on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Lapland - we hope to do this in December 2015 if Ellis's treatment allows.
Over the next few months we will be holding a number of auctions and fundraising events so watch this space, and thanks for whatever support you can offer."
Anyway, there are a couple of signed shirts, one adult- and one child-size. If you'd like to bid for them please do so on his facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Elliss-Lapland-Wish/1386657518290881 or alternatively you can e-mail him via phil-wheeler@hotmail.co.uk if you don't use Facebook. Here are a couple photos of the shirts:
