attn moderators- how to change my user name

i'm getting confusedwith the various sign ons i have- how can i change despratefan3 to something else (desprateseagull, for example..)

and do i keep my 'history' of posts etc?

i was despratefan (no numbers) on the original forum, but all lthe .net, .biz changes etc mean the old one wouldnt work anymore..?
