One thousand down from the Millwall game?

Friday night football seems appealing when you look at it like that, regardless of Yeovil not bringing that many.

exactly!!

'tis a shame the club didn't think ahead and have the game this evening with a bigger selection of fans coming in a jubliant mood - but i guess no one really expected this!

If the shit served up today, especially 1st half is typical of our football this season I'm not vaguely suprised

No sensible person is going to be £25 to watch utter shit like that first half.

2 new people were sat in front of me and their comments included " I cannot believe we have paid £ 27 to watch this loud of shite " , " this is the worst football I have watched in my life " and " we would have been better off in the pub watching the Rugby " so I think its fair to say they probably won't bother coming again.

Them and many more, if a lovely sunny afternoon on the back of the Millwall game can't tempt people then what will happen come November ?

I have a tight budget but I'd be more minded to go if i could be fairly sure that our boys with give their all right from start to finish.

If we were to play like that and get beat then fair enough but to keep playing poorly, against beatable opposition, is not something I'd choose to spend my hard earned on.

Nothing to do with the cricket, it finished in plenty of time and everyone left for the football and came back afterwards for the presentations, there weren't that many people at the cricket ground whilst the Albion match was on.

Although obviously linked, I think this might be a greater threat to Wilkins tenure than performances on the pitch.

It wont be the fist time a 'successful' manager has been sacked because of falling crowds. Mike Bailey springs to mind.
