F me feel sorry for them . So sanitised. Like prisoners being marched to the prison.

Quite a good pub for pick up poikt though, not sure what the capacity of that pub is but they'll squeeze a good chunk of their fans in one place at least.

AEK FC: Instructions to fans for Brighton

AEK FC informs that all our fans who have purchased tickets for the match against Brighton in England on Thursday (21/9) from the special platform of AEK FC, will receive their tickets electronically today (19/9).

All our fans who have registered their presence at the stadium through the Original 21 club in London, will receive their tickets from the club's representatives in London and Brighton.

We also urge our fans who will be at Brighton to pay close attention to the information below. Please note that the times that will be mentioned are self-evidently English hours.

The local authorities require all AEK fans who will be in the stadium to use coaches starting outside The King and Queen, 13-17 Marlborough Place, Brighton BN1 1UB. The coaches will transport AEK fans directly to the stadium.

This point is the meeting point for AEK fans who will go to the stadium. It will be open to AEK fans from 12 noon, while coaches will start transporting them to the stadium from 17.45. The King and Queen pub will serve food and drinks and will be exclusively open to AEK fans until they leave for the stadium. The police will be present there at all times.

The coaches will go to the stadium in multiple convoys, with a police escort. Fans must be at the point before 17.45 when their transfer will begin. The transfer to the stadium will take approximately 30 minutes.

AEK fans' tickets will be checked before boarding the coaches.

Attention: For serious safety reasons, AEK fans who hold tickets should not use alternative ways of getting to the stadium!

AEK fans should remain in their seats for at least 30 minutes after the end of the match for safety reasons. During this time they will normally have access to toilets, food and drinks from canteens that will be available for them throughout the time they remain in the stadium. AEK fans are kindly requested to be patient until permission is given to leave. Please note that in canteens payments are made only by card.

After their departure, the exact same procedure will be followed by which they will have previously come to the stadium and return to the original meeting point.

AEK fans who intend to carry banners to the stadium should be aware that it is mandatory to have a certificate that the banner is made of non-flammable material. Otherwise they can't put it on the pitch. Banners with political or racist content are also prohibited. Drums are also not allowed.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

One bit of good news in here is that drums are prohibited.........

What time does the match build up start. Jnr wants to be scorched by the flames, whereas I'm usually still trying to figure out how to use the beer wall when that starts.

They’ll be completely knackered by the time they turn right into Trafalgar Street.
Well if they're in Trafalgar Street anyways, they may well want to catch their breathe at the pub with the great beer and the giant mural of famous dead Greek musicians from the world of rock and pop

I dunno, what's wrong with a nice free bus :)
"That bus ride was the longest bus ride - it was so hot as well - it was unbelievable."

That was in November too - it might be the high 20s when we're supposed to be stuffed into buses together.

Watch from 3:50...

Why? At least they won’t have to queue for ages at Brighton station and rely on will they/won’t they run Southern trains. Besides, as they’re in the King and Queen, they can all have some friendly banter with the Liverpool fans.

So before the game on Thursday? Should we be expecting a good atmosphere around the city prior to kick off
It will be exactly like this:

I wonder if we'll all get some sort of new flag or similar tat?

Hopefully I won't get a another blue one - I want to be in a white stripe for a change
I'll be disappointed if there are no flags! ☹️

So stay in their seats for thirty minutes post match but have access to toilets and food and drink …I can’t quite put my finger on it but something doesn’t quite gel with that statement 🤔
