Does not work according to that channel 5 prog last night. Come to think of it, nobody I know who has done it has actually kept the weight off for very long.

Stick to the Guy Butters version. Lots of keep fit and healthy eating a-la-Mark McGhee.

I lost a stone and kept it off.

True if you eat exactly what you were before you started the diet the you will put it all back on.

There was something on the Atkin's Diet last night on ITV (I think, I don't get channal 5) and they seem to support it.

They had some fat bint trying it who kept pinching peoples chips and eating bowls of cereal and then claiming the diet didn't work.

I almost through the remote at the TV!

As was said on that programme many times..

Eat what you want but make sure you burn off more calories than you take in and you'll lose wright.

Exactly.

Which means whatever method you use, calorie control is KING! The Atkins diet just reduces your appetite by all accounts.
