[Albion] At what point do we STOP being a selling club

It was only recently we started losing our best players in the grand scheme of things. Admittedly they weren’t so on the radar when we were in relegation scraps every season. I think we’ll not sell so many in the next few years myself.

we’re never going to stop being a selling club as there are simply one or two maximum non-selling clubs in the world.

it would however, be nice to get to a point where we can regularly keep hold of our top talents for two or three seasons as opposed to one. i feel like that is achievable

I think that gradually our model will evolve, and it no longer becomes 'necessary' to sell our top players for silly money. We are getting a reputation for bringing on and developing players, so I can see that in some time in the future our business model could actually be a greater turnover of lower players - rather than unearthing gems who go from £4m to £115m. £15m profit on 10 players is the same overall profit.
