GRAHAM GRAHAM PEARCE, WHEN HE GETS THE BALL HE ALWAYS SCORES.
Will saturday go without any trouble or will Leeds be looking for revenge?,

Do you still support Leeds ?

Or is it Boro ?

Or is it Sunderland ?

Have they? Were we not relegated that season? Can't remember, or did we play them the following season in an evening game.

Even so, setup for a lively game.

Oct 2004 was when there were problems but then we played them January 2006.

there never really was a case. bates was twenty steps infront of the dopey civil servants who thought they could pull him/kpmg up on the way the admin process had been carried out. while bates is not my favourite person he is a wise old business man who played them all just as he wanted. there was never going to be a court case. hrmc issue was not with bates primarily but with the fl removing their preferred creditor status when a club goes into admin. they thought they could prove a point with leeds to the fl but in reality knew going to court was only ever going to cost them money so they bailed out and dropped their 'claim' against kpmg/leeds07. they were owed £7.7million and will receive a little over £800k.
