I am well up for this one. At last a big match to savour, Brighton & Hove Albion V Nottingham forest. After numerous pointless and meaningless lower mid table dour battles with boring and bland opposition with about as much appeal as a dinner party with Anne Vecchi, David Neighbour and Norman Baker we have the big one.

The weather is lovely, spring like with temperatures in the mid 50's and sunny spells, no wind and dry.

A near 9000 gate and a game vital to both sides for different reasons. I want to see some real passion from the bench Deano and some real passion on the pitch.

Our away form is one of the best in the division but the Jeckyl and Hyde BHAFC means our home form is the worst in the league. Time to reward the loyal home fans with some goals and some excitement, its long overdue.

I have my shouting head on today, I am dragging the misses along against her will and will endulge in a couple of pre match sharpeners and then stroll along to Southwick Square , Ladbrokes Plc to go LARGE on BHAFC to win , with a LARGE bet on BHAFC half time / full time.
