Finally I can relax watching today's game. This will be beautiful, even if we get battered.

How soon is now?
I wouldn’t be surprised if Villa come at us quickly, similar to Newcastle and try for an early goal or 2, and then shithouse the rest of the game.
It‘ll be on the telly, but am expecting a tough and tedious watch.
I’m still waiting for the day a ref has the balls to send a keeper off for 2 time wasting yellow cards, but reckon Martinez could be the guy…..

Birmingham Cathedral is right next to the hotel and obviously doing a half-hour 10-bell peal before the 9am.

Mild hangover but it's quite nice really.

Let's do this.

Hopefully we stuff them!! Let's make our highest points total even higher!
This 100%.

I watched the 1-2 highlights from earlier in the season last night. Whilst there was no highlights of the horrific timewasting in the 2nd half (that left me shaking with rage), the match was essentially 2 mistakes vs 1 mistake.

Taking it in turns to get a yellow card in order to ruin a game of football is utterly disgusting. I’ve made myself angry thinking about what they did!

It would be great to finish our best-ever season with a good performance and I'm sure RDZ will feel the same.

Not too fussed about who gets Conference League, I have reasons for wanting all 3 teams to miss out, and 2 out of 3 will.

Whatever happens in our game, 2 out of Leeds, Leicester and Everton will go down today.

Brighton are in the Europa League next year.

Best. Last. Day. Ever.

A very relaxing match day to all! 😅

but if we smash them that would be icing on cake and as @Hugo Rune says above, a well deserved thrashing for the way they gamed us at the Amex in our first meeting earlier in the season.

By the way, I'm still in two minds about this game. Win and Spurs could go into a competition they'd rather not be in, lose and we stop Spurs and get revenge for 1978.
Come on Leeds (sorry).
Two draws would do me: Villa deny Spurs European football and Leeds go down (fingers crossed).

For older fans is it a bit like the Beatles playing on top of the Apple building?

Will we ever be this good again?

Is losing Mac and Caciedo like McCartney leaving the Fab Four?

I’m old enough and ugly enough to acknowledge that players come and go, as do managers, so it’s all part of the Albion evolution, just so long we don’t end up with The Frog Chorus things will just move on as they always have.

Like the rest of us I trust RDZ and the recruitment team to do their best and actually improve the squad.

Personally Id like to see Pascal surpass both Glenn and Maupay’s EPL goal tally and keep the record safe until Ferguson takes it over within the next 18/24 months.
Yes, yes, and yes...but losing Mac and (maybe not this summer) Caicedo...will only be a bump in the road 👍UTA

Not going today, but if you are, please please - if we deny Villa a European place - can you celebrate like we’ve won the league and really rub it in? Payback for 2016, when, with nothing to play for, those wankers celebrated like they’d won the World Cup just because we didn’t therefore win the league. Which we would have if Stockdale hadn’t turned into a ghost and the ball gone - I swear - straight through his body (although that perspective might have been due to enjoying the Corporate hospitality a bit too much!)
