Aston Villa v BHA - Score Predictor

Underperforming BHA travel to Villa for the Saturday 3pm kickoff. The seagulls 16th, will be nervously looking over their shoulders - as defeat, could dump Albion into the bottom three. Villa (6th) have started the season sprightly - having beaten Liverpool & Sheffield Utd at Villa Park. They are beatable = having lost at home to Southampton & Leeds.

Albion's record at Villa is retched. We have won once at their place - back in 1910 !. Over our past 10 meetings we have failed to win any of them (home/away) - won 0, drawn 4 & lost 6. You have to go back to 1980 when we beat them 1-0 & that was back in the top flight. That solitary win is the only victory in our last 16 meetings. Is it now our time .... finally? If so - the Seagulls need to pick themselves up - in 2020 we have played 26 league matches: won 4, drawn 12 & lost 10. 24 points from 26 games - is relegation form.

A win may not move us up the table - but it will give Potter's side some breathing space until the next fixtures against Liverpool, Southampton & Leicester.

Now's the time to prove your mettle Mr Potter ....

I was initially disappointed to se that 33% of punters had backed the same score as me. Then I realised I was only the third person to make a prediction

On paper this is a game we should be winning, but games aren’t played on paper.

3-1 Villa, our poor run of results will continue for another couple of weeks.

With Villa having won 5 of their 7 games (and us 1 in 8) so far I'd be happy with a point to be honest. Bit of a free hit this one - anything would be a bonus. Sorry if I'm being negative.

No a sensible post and an opinion that will be widespread in the football world but i have a feeling it will be an exciting 2-2 draw with Welbeck bagging a couple. Of course that super little player Grealish will be our tormentor.
