Tickets arrived today. A pleasant surprise for them to arrive so early as the last time I went to Villa away the tickets didn't turn up until the week of the match.

I think you should be able to get a refund. But maybe hold off until the confirm timetables.

Every recent strike day there has at least been some trains, even if a reduced frequency

You will get a full refund, no coaches available at present as fully booked but Seagulls Travel hoping to source additional

Tickets in the lower tier(Q1,Q2 and Q3) are mobile tickets only
Tickets the upper tier(P11,P10 and P9) and wheelchair bays are physical paper tickets onlyo
