Just for fun, if you select Selhurst Park as the point of impact, what is the safest combination of type of asteroid, speed, size and angle you can have without:

A) destroying Brighton & Hove?
B) destroying any part of Sussex (inc.Crawley)?

Quite tricky this, very hit and miss (get it?!)

I made the asteroid hit my office in Croydon. WFH down here I think me and pretty much everything else has unfortunately been destroyed too, but Selhurst Park, our Operations Director and our Head Of Risk, Quality & Compliance at work will not have survived, so I'm happy enough with that as they were the 3 things I wanted to destroy.

Missed completely I’m afraid - (but at least Zaha will need a wig now)

Chelsea disappeared into a 628m deep crater
Fulham was burnt to smithereens
Brentford was flattened
and the Emirates stadium collapsed

Also lost my entire family on this simulation so will need to relaunch after giving them plenty of warning to evacuate 🤔

This has been tried on Hastings, several times to no effect

just to complete the set, sorry I closed page before getting to earthquake. Only my second go as well.
If you are reading God this that's an iron asteroid 130m across going at 27km/s 45° angle iirc

To be fair they've started to rebuild Selhurst after the last one hit in 1976, things don't just build themselves overnight you know.
