Without any doubt. Northern part of Sweden is extremely socialist, and turning Östersund into having a very socialist identity is definitely part of their success. Its not a close call, I think he is more left than most leftists.

Has he got a hangover right now?

Doubt it. I think he is one of pretty few managers in the game atm that allows his players to drink but himself doesnt seem like a heavy drinker.

Does he believe Tupac is still alive?

Yeah he even got a small website about it.

How do you think he would feel about us tying him to a 25 year contract?

I’m interested in the matches that Swansea conceded in last year leading to loss or defeat.

I know Potter came out and apologised to fans after he got it wrong tactically once (reminding me of Swansea at the Amex in our first EPL season).

Were conceded goals generally put down to the manager and his tactics, individual player errors or a lack of quality in the playing staff?

In addition, how much did Potter change the players when he changed the system?

Individual errors. The only critisism Potter really got was his choice of keeper, as Mulder looked decent but he still went for Nordfeldt who, and I'm not exaggerating, made seven or eight aerial mistakes that lead to goals. Having no left back since Olsson got injured in December and starting the season with only one central defender with first team experience, we struggled with individual mistakes and lack of player quality in some positions.

When he switches formations sometimes he just moves players around but we had at least ten games where we made a half-time sub and at least four where we made two. Early in the season there was a lot of rotation between games, but I dont expect it at Brighton - in Swansea a lot of the players were unproven and to quote Potter they needed to "collect data" to understand what everyone was capable of.

How long is he expecting his Albion life to last?
Will he be tarting himself to the big clubs like Leeds a la Poyet?
Will he be off at the first sniff of interest?
Does he have a vision to take us places?
Does he think Bloom is a mercenary who will drop him at the first sign of trouble?

1. I think if things go well he could stay for ten years. He spent eight in Östersund. In any interview regarding his personal life he always apologise to his family for making them move. I think he was planning to stay in Swansea for a very long time but discovered that he needs a boss that cares as much about the club as he does, like it was in Östersund. Our Americans couldnt do that, so he left after just one year - but generally he is a stayer. He will only leave Brighton if he gets sacked or approached by a very big club.

2/3. Only leaving for a top 4/6 club. Sure of it.

4/5. Yes he has a vision but more importantly your owner got a vision, or Potter wouldnt have joined you.

With everyone raving about Sheffield's overlapping centre backs, it got me thinking about Big Burn gallumphing down the left. Clearly Burn a been given licence to roam but Duffy stays in a more orthodox position. [MENTION=38333]Swansman[/MENTION] Were overlapping CBs a feature of Potter's Ostersund and Swansea sides? If so was it always on one wing or can we expect it on both sides if Webster, for example, came in?

This was one out of several questions about Potter's taste in music and it's been haunting me that I could never give a satisfying answer. Now I can though, giving you the chance to finally sleep at night:

Answer from 2018 interview in HRPeople:

"Quite varied. Quite varied. Unfortunately I'm going through a little bit of a 90s revival time at the moment, so my wife is going mad. But its a real mix, real mix.

My conclusion: he is stuck somewhere in the 90s.
