A great experience for Australias up and coming second string bowlers, a chance to boost their confidence and experience in a big match.

Just no one tell them they're mostly bowling to blind grandmas.

No way is Cameron Green second string. The 22 year old already has 13 wickets at 15 for the series. Think we’ll see a lot more of the all rounder over the next 10 years.

Anyone else fancy a nice, symmetrical 188 all out for the second innings?

Can't believe this: we're going to win in Australia.

What next? Albion beating Chelsea?

That looked maybe possible until the ball before the break when Burns was out.

Then the usual conveyor belt of gifted wickets began :

68-1 (16.1 overs) Burns
82-2 (20.5 overs) Malan
83-3 (22.2 overs) Crawley
92-4 (27.5 overs) Stokes

All out for 150? Aussies thrash us again. Edited 124 all out.

We need a complete refurb on our first class cricket as at the moment it's third rate.

They won't get anywhere near 188.

This is the worst batting line line up I have ever seen.

Third rate? That's being very kind.

We need to take the positives - um, errr ….. we have more chance of a victory in Australia than Novax does!

How can Australia just pluck Boland out of the ether and he’s suddenly a reincarnation of Glenn McGrath? I had literally never heard of him at the start of this series and he’s seemingly better than all our bowlers.

Shambles of a tour by England. It's no longer a contest down under.

Sent from my moto g(7) power using Tapatalk

I’ve been to 4 of the last 5 Ashes tours, so glad I didn’t get chance to waste money on this one

Two hours we looked completely comfortable on a pitch that wasn't a road, but looked no worse than a normal county wicket. Root got a brute, but the others have just given their wickets away. I despair

It's astounding to think these guys are earning well in excess of £500k a year plus trimmings, for being as competent as your average MP!

True, since my post it's got considerably worse, mentally they are on the plane.
