To be honest, it's roughly what to expect isn't it? But, only 1-0 down. Yes, they're far better than us - but we're showing enough attacking intent to keep them from feeling safe. And despite all their domination - they have only scored the one (so far).

Relatively content. Teams in our 'mini-league' will be watching, and won't be thinking that we'll be an easy game against us.

Just what I was thinking, some of our play has been awful, nothing to do with arsenal.

The quality of the opposition will substantially influence how we can play, so it probably has plenty to do with Arsenal

If we had instinctive striker sniffing around the goal area, after we hit the post it could of been him with the open goal instead of Dunk from March hitting the post, things like that make a difference, last week against Newcastle the ball fizzed across the goal a few times and no one was there, we have no gamblers (except bloom) who think or expect a keeper to spill the ball etc and take advantage.

No need to be negative. We are playing a team, away, with far more talent than us. The reassurance is that we have caused them a few problems even when defending deep. The sloppy passing is down to the pressure Albion are under. Arsenal have pumped a few astray.

I look at matches like this and think about teams outside the elite. That makes things seem a lot different.

some very jittery play from all the back 4....howlers from bong & bruno.......if we can settle the ship we can get something from this game , we looked ok last 15 but jesus there is some poor decision making going on out there.

Just need to be a little bit more positive, try and make the first pass a forward one. These lot are no Man City, let's give it a go in the second half.

This corresponding weekend 20 years ago, we got our first win of the season at Priestfield, beating Rochdale 2-1.

Outplayed or not, I'm very happy that we're even on the same pitch, in the same league, as Arsenal. Or on a pitch at all.
