I know there is one single seat next to me not sold (STH unable to attend). I know he will NOT buy his seat. Still empty when I looked just before the club froze sales. Am I within my rights to get an Arsenal supporter removed should they manage to get their hands on this ticket. An Arsenal supporter would not have the necessary points and as such it would have been sold on the black market.

You're assuming that the Arsenal fan in question hasn't atttended the Amex this year when he/she can't get tickets at the Emirates. How many STH are supporters of the big clubs but come to the Amex as it's their 'local'?
