Did you register it on the BT website? Type the pass in and not copy and paste?

Cant make my free 3m subscription from EE or the damn match pass work. Stuck in a loop of password resets etc. Bloody hate BT and why I'd otherwise have nothing to do with them.

I've been watching through a browser on the laptop and output through the front room telly. Using an ethernet cable rather than WiFi and the picture quality is great, not missed a beat.

Finding the coverage stops every 90 seconds or so for loading..., I'm currently about 15 minutes behind (watching on a Samsung TV)
