Just wishful thinking I reckon - I'd like to see him plus a target man come in, but it seems there's vitually no chance of either due to finance according to the arsegas today.

We just have to get on with what we've got I'm afraid.

Just a point of order - they were playing Man U, not the Scum. I assume both sides were playing their youngsters, who had the most English lads? Hopefully (going on past experience) it was Man U in which case I'm pleased. Better for England than a win by le Arsenal.

Damn skippy.

Don't get this thing about United being scum when people are fine with Arsenal buying 15 foreign youngsters a season. United have contributed more to English football than ANY team in the Permiership and to some extent whould be allpauded for that.

the fact is....i just go along with the whole i hate palace thing. im not really old enough to really appreciate the routes of our hatred but have developed a 'disliking' over time for them. the fact is i HATE reading(snobish),man utd(everyone supported them when it was only me and a few others including biscuit who supported brighton at school) and chesterfield(obvious) far more than i ever will do palace. now im off to college and i know for certain people wont accept this but there you go. im not going to pretend to call someone 'scum' when i dont actually think it.

(prepares himself for a return of abuse)

i have realised how that sounds like a rant.its not just my opinion. i dont quite understand the whole plastic arsenal fan thing. i dont think that takes any credit away from my supporting of the albion.
