It's not a case of arrogant Germans. Germany won the match 8-0. However, some of the very tiny countries with the smallest pool of players are really far behind with the pace of the game that they can make them dangerous to play against. I remember England having a couple of very physical encounters with Andorra in qualifying campaigns for instance where the first objective it seemed was for all of England's players to get through the evening without picking up a bad injury.
