I think an unused sub fly kicked a German player after the penalty shoot out and got an auto red and Heinze was seen steaming in as well.

Not quite so disgraceful as Italia '90 final however they don't seem to take defeat very well, as the Germans would say "Wie Schade" :lolol:

I know we shouldn't really be this politically incorrect; but the Argies took defeat more quietly in 1982!!!

Exactly. I do love to see an Argie cry. Why couldn't they have given us a shot of a blubbing Maradonna.

Where's your f***ing Malvinas scarf now you fat f***ing cheat?

:salute:

:lolol: Ditto, well said that man! I watched all the post match action hoping to see that washed up coke addict tub of lard with tears streaming down his fat ugly mug and didn't get to see it, damn! Still the sight of so many Argies all wound up and out of the world cup almost made up for it.

Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann put the trouble down to the intensity of Germany's dramatic win.

"I'd like to remind people that in football there is so much tension, so many emotions and if it goes all the way to penalties someone can lose control," he said.

"Football is just so emotional. It's just normal. It's no big deal, no problem at all."

The most sensible thing said about the whole incident - not that I like to see such nonsense. Having said that, I much prefer seeing players fighting than players cheating.

And what's all this about the Argentines being bad losers? It would appear that the trouble started with German taunting. There IS something worse than a bad loser - a bad winner.
