Are young people these days to selfish to have kids?

We've got 4 children and I wouldn't change it for ANYTHING

It's bloody hard (although INCREDIBLY rewarding) work and anyone who thinks you can have children without making any sacrifices is WRONG.

I speak to lots of young couples and one of the main reasons for not having children revolves around the ability to get on the housing ladder and get a mortgage.

These days it is almost impossible to get anyhting worthwhile without a commitment to maximise income for as long as possible.

Agree with the changing - can you imagine you and your mates still trawling the nightclubs p1ssed out your heads every week in your late 30's and 40's like when you were in your twenties?

One of the saddest sights you will see is a 40 something bloke trying to be one of the lads with a bunch of 20 year olds :nono:

One of the funniest sights I saw was when I went to see Spear of Destiny in a local pub. There were all these forty somethings giving it all they got rolling around on the floor. Some of them were still in their suits :lolol:

What he said

The more time i spend with my 7 year old daughter, the better. Although i'm only 39, having kids really puts life into perspective and i try to enjoy as much time with my girlie as i can.....she'll soon be grown up and won't want to know her old man

Here's to our kids :drink:

I very briefly had four and a step grandchild. Do I miss not having a family ? Actually not at all. Sorry but the 'magic' of children is of no interest to me at all.

Who is talking about the magic of children. They are a big headache in reality and have given me lots of grey hairs but I wouldn't change anything for the world and I took on 3 kids as well as my own so I must be mad :lolol:

I don't intend to have kids til I'm in my early 30's. Number of reasons though: Want to get my career started, haven't meet the 1 yet, not sure I even want to bring more people into the world, am not in a financial position to do it, want to enjoy my social freedom and my cock is to small to have full penetrative sex
