You are not too bright are you ? Most of the reason that Withdean wasn't filled last season was the simple fact that we didn't get many travelling fans, partly the price but mainly because they knew their team would be beaten. Compare our season ticket sales to yours and tell me who is doing better. As it is most of the reason we despise Palace is because we have been playing on uneven playing fields for some years. The fact is we paid for our field unlike Palace who left many people short (including all tax payers). Every post you make on here makes you look more and more like a typical Palace fan, deluded and retarded.
Same old bullshit from the biggest bullshitter of the lot.You did not sell out your home seats until you were top and running away with the division.I remember the thread on here, the countdown of seats left and the excitement of selling 7500 to home fans. Boring prick and that is a fact as I have met Brighton fans who know you.

You have paid more money for Murray than we would. This is because he will suit your route one football, and Gus has already told him that he won't be a starter if Gus's transfer plans come together, because he won't suit our style.

Clear enough for you dimbo?
Another one that has swallowed the clubs line .A couple of weeks in and you have lost your two beat players, good start.

Our club is run by basically honest people so yes we do tend to believe their line. I can understand why you can't with your recent history and the fact that your manager started off with a blatant lie about your interest in your new highest wage earner. Hope you stick around to applaud and comment on who we sign before the season actually starts, I think you might disappear as the quality mounts up in our squad though.

Same old crap, just can't accept your total inferiority, are you as tedious in real life ? No wonder you're on a rival team's board stalking people. It would make a change to meet a Palace fan who can face up to reality however we all known that honesty is at a premium where Palace are concerned, even your manager is a liar.

Palace are supposedly only paying £10k per week - Gus (Tony) wouldn't go above 8k. But Murray would have got a signing on bonus with Palace as well.

Hoskins cost £500k on a 2 year deal. Wages (say) £6k per week. Over 2 years it equals over £10k per week. It would have been as cheap to pay Murray £10k. If the wages are more than £6k, then it certainly doesn't make sense to me.
If Gus wouldn't go above 8k a week, and according to this site, we're paying him more than you, why are we only paying £8k a week. He didn't move to us for what was a relatively small sign-on fee.

Freedman never said he wasn't interested.

He said he expected to be outbid for his services.

True but there have been some incidents that caused problems and I'm not willing to risk it, I'm not the one that gets the shit.

Palarse, just like Porstmouth, have consistently been in a higher league than us its true. But I am sure with the same size crowds, and the uncanny ability to f*** people over, we could have been up there with you. I for one am proud that my team does not do that. I would rather be a solvent league one side, than a side that are continuously threatened with a winding up order, in a higher position. I wonder how your lot would have got on using a temporary 8000 seater ground. I shudder to think how much you would owe people now.

We really have to be careful because we don't want to end up with egg on our faces. Palace, as much as we hate them, haven't been in League One for ages (as they are so fond of saying). We've been promoted and our ground is definitely better, but we're still "the new kid" compared to most of the Championship.

Judas probably did sign for them because they offered more, but it was quite worrying that he'd even consider it. It makes me wonder whether they've got more going for them than we give them credit for. I was arguing with a Palace mate earlier, and he said that their average attendance last season had gone up by a thousand or so over last year. He was linking stuff (most of which I couldn't be bothered to read) but they had attendances of 20k+ quite a few times last season and the season before. Obviously those won't compare to ours for a season or so at least.

We're positive because Tony has a lot of money, we've got a new stadium, a bright young manager and good momentum. But we look at Palace and (although I'd never admit this in person) they've got more money, a very successful academy, plans for a new stadium, a bright young manager who loves their club and -what seems to be- a solid plan for the future.

Next season I hope we do well, but we need to be realistic. It's not likely that we're going to be a bigger club than Palace (or many other Championship clubs) for some time. We were nearly in League Two when they were in the Premiership. Obviously our situation has improved massively since then, but they've still got money to spend and let's face it, they're still a bigger club.

Just because we've been promoted to the Championship doesn't mean that we're bigger than the clubs that have already been there for 40 years. It's no wonder that other teams are starting to get annoyed with us, because so many of our fans are going mental. Yes, we can be optimistic. Yes, we can enjoy banter with Palace and other teams. But we can't say that we're a bigger club than them, because we haven't been for quite some time. Please, can we stop with the arrogance and realize that it's probable that the Championship is almost as good as it gets.

Still, let's hope than in 20 years we're challenging with the big boys and they're playing Luton on cold Tuesday nights!

WHAT A LOAD OF OLD SHITE !!

p.s.
Last time palace were in the premiership, getting relegated by the way, we were in the championship, having both been promoted the previous season..

So much for a public school education.

Banded = bandied
Glen = Glenn

5 out of 10 boy.

Not only that, the title of the thread, if it is a question - it's hard to tell without a question mark - is actually asking the reader if he or she is watching Glenn Murray.

I, personally, am not watching Glenn Murray any more because we sold him.

If the question is directed to Glenn Murray then you missed out a comma as well as a question mark.

1/10

Public school? My arse!

And then relegated the year after.

To a division we haven't been in in 35 years.

Coz we stitched up harf of saaaf London, rite good n' propper...TWICE

Whats the point of balancing your books PaulD?, when you can spend tens of millions to keep yourself in an artificial league position at local business expense and and it only costs 10 measly points......

And us Brighton fans were jokingly trying to sell 10 excess points on ebay, just a month ago for £12..... thats just bad business isn't PaulD, we could have sold them for 10's of millions of others money.

Tony Bloom - Please urgently review "Palace Economics 101"

Don't worry about transfer budget Tony just spend, spend, spend....give Murray whatever he asks for, push the boat out Tone, and the 90 million for the stadium? chill out Tone, relax, you don't have to pay it.

It will only cost 900k when you pay 1p in the pound. So one good night on the poker and its ours.

Mr Bloom, you really are making this a lot more difficult than it needs to be.........
