The delay was ridiculous. It took minutes before the check to be announced. Minutes for the check and minutes for the ref to check the check.

It's so badly implemented.

If this World Cup is anything to go by, those leaving the Amex around 4.30 will probably be missing most of the second half.
The timing of the tournament and the influence of VAR has been useful as they will hopefully learn a lot before the new league season.
I have been surprised by the standard of football played and have quite enjoyed following the England team.
