According to their website:

"The National Housing Party's main aim is to dismantle the Red Wall and the Blue Wall.

Then build a lovely spare bedroom with en suite."

Don't know about politically homeless, but 30 years ago I walked down a road where the houses were numbered 16K, 32K, 64K, 128K, 256K and 512K.

Ah, what a trip down memory lane.

They were very modem houses. A broadband of them.

"With the absence of Jesus Christ within our society, our children are being confused in primary and secondary schools"

I'd argue their kids being confused stems more from having pillocks for parents than a lack of religion.

If they are so irrelevant and laughable why start a thread? Scared?
Merely offering up an alternative for all the politically disenfranchised on NSC who seem to be all over the place at the moment.

How dare you suggest Jesus loving fascists with the world's worst logo and a homeless bloke for a leader are laughable.

A leaflet has just dropped through our door from Britain's newest and, some might say, maddest political party.

It starts with the bright red slogan 'NATIONAL HOUSING PARTY UNITED KINGDOM' emblazoned neatly over a picture of a council estate. Admittedly using National and United Kingdom together is a little repetitive and they could use a lesson in marketing redundancy but, so far, not so much to worry about. Everyone needs housing, even if it is in a Deptford tower block overlooking a pub with a flat roof.

But then your eyes are inevitably drawn to the photo of the leader, John Lawrence, who looks like he probably started the party after a long period of living on a bench. And the first clue to what they might really be about is given by their logo, which looks like it was designed by the visually impaired child of a Britain First member. Still, houses eh? Always good things. Let's have a read of the text.

And here the penny starts to drop. "With millions of our own people in the private sector living in overcrowded condtions, the LibLAbCon continue to give refugees housing before our own citizens. In order to address this crisis. we need to exit the 1951 UN Refugee Convention."

Ah.

Then there's a section of things they're against which could come straight from Reform or even the Tories, but have nothing to do with housing; abolish LTN and ULEZ, abolish electric vehicle targets, carbon free housing targets and 20mph zones. But the real zinger is under the section titled "Sex Education".

"NHPUK campaigns to take sex education out of schools and put it back in the hands of the parents where it should be. Schools should be teaching about Jesus, English, Maths.....With the absence of Jesus Christ without our society our children are being confused."

Some may say it that if Christ were alive now, the first people he'd take pity on are people fleeing warzones. Not John Lawrence, obviously.

I mention this as many on NSC seem to now be styling themselves as politically homeless and thinking of politicians as all the same. Well, John clearly isn't. "Are you politically homeless? Speak to us" John urges. And you can join for the very reasonable sum of *checks notes* £22 a year. Today!

If you'd like to know how, all the details are below. How can anyone resist the lure of anti-green fascists with a Jesus twist?
Yep, got it that a true Christian would show compassion for refugees. The Bible is littered with examples of that teaching especially from Jesus. It's utterly contemptuous, much like the fake religion Trump and many of his adherents bandy about.

I think you know he isn't. NSC likes a fair dollop of humour. And this kind of pamphlet would naturally appear here.

The irony, of course, is the reference to Jesus who had a one world view if the New Testament is to be taken as read.

All that aside, I quite like the 20mph speed limits. So I won't be joining. I like being apolitical these days anyway.

Does he attend association football matches and is it safe for him?

Times like that really stick with you, don't they? Especially if the house had a flash drive.

The lane used to have a problem with joystick riders though.

From their website:

“NHPUK campaign to leave all Globalist organisations. In particular we campaign to leave the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), the World Health Organisation (WHO), the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Bilderberg Group, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO). NHPUK believe that only UK citizens should be in control of the UK’s finances, health and military.”

The only NSC members who could find a political home with this lot are UK white supremacists of which hopefully we have none on NSC or MAGA/Trump supporters of which we have a few.

The Housing Party are campaigning to leave the European Union ?

I agree. I think the UK should leave the European Union..... Let's have a referendum.

Just quoting their website.🤷‍♂️

Their policy commitment page is obviously outdated but I posted it because of their extreme isolationist stance which seems de re guerre with white supremacists and xenophobic neanderthals. Probably shouldn’t have bothered responding to the thread at all - I’ve obviously been wooshed into a making a more serious response than was merited by the light tone 😎

I think there should be a Woosh Party. I would be a life member. I get a daily wooshing on NSC. I've grown to quite like it.
