How completely humiliating.

Funny, but also fake.

They are actors (Rik Verheye and Anneke van Hoof) promoting a new TV show they're going to be in.

I particularly like the look on the players face near the end. Really says it all!

When they followed her off I did suspect something wasn't entirely genuine, but it's still a funny idea, I think. But then who doesn't like to indulge in a little epicaricacy every now and then.

Didn't a Brighton fan propose to someone via the electronic scoreboard at Old Trafford some years back when we played them in the cup - or is my memory showing me up again?

I've seen a couple of these and they always turn out to be fake. I can't imagine any woman would be impressed unless a diehard football fan and even then it's a bit ???

The girl looks fiiiine though.

Yes. I believe it was Malcolm Stuart, our rotund ex physio.

Unfortunately for Malcolm, I think she turned him down

Can anyone else confirm the Old Trafford thing was Malcolm Stuart? I'm fairly certain I remember it on the day, and I think he was asked about it in a programme article some years down the line.

Or am I imagining it??

Edna, I can't def confirm it was MS but that's what who I've always thought it was. Sure it was mentioned in a fanzine!

Did anyone see the proposal in the sky at the cricket last night?

Was definitely Malcolm and she definitely said no. He had it put up onthe scoreboard though and she was on the crowd not on the pitch.
