I don't think so as the only stipulation is that if a card has a vowel an even number must be on the other side.

There is nothing to stop an even number card having a vowel on the other side or a consonant having an even number on the other side

What I was going to reply so saved me

If the wording of the question is precise, then the answer must be "A only"

No, you have to turn over 7 because if it has a vowel on the other side then the rule has not been followed. A and 7, I reckon. It doesn't matter what is on the other side of the middle two.

Mmmmm .... as both K and 2 wouldn't prove anything, (as that leaves too many derivatives still in play). I'd plump for A and 7 as they would at least be possibilities. But if I dwelt any longer on it I'd suffer from uneccessary brain ache.

Of course it does. What if there's a vowel on the other side of K?

It's amazing there's still discussion when the oracle has already spoken.

A, K and 7.
A to check an even on the other side
K to check there isn't a vowel on the other side (nothing in the question says it is a number on one side and a letter on the other)
7 to check there isn't a vowel on the other side

2 doesn't matter, a vowel having to have an even on the other side does not mean an even must have a vowel on the other side

A & 2 & 7
A and 2 ,to check if other sides are even and a vowel, K isnt a vowel so no need to check . 7 isnt an even number , but need to check to make sure other side ISNT a vowel ,

All of them, there's nothing saying each card has a letter and a number
