Yes he will get there. Its just a shame that he sooooo different to Dean Wilkins and therefore has had to start again. Long term this will get us there although I am sure in the short term keeping Dean would've had us higher at the moment.

But yep Mickey is making the right strides. January transfer window will be crucial. If he is given a little bit of money I am sure we will make the play offs.

I echo most comments on here we have a very talented squad of good players however it would be nice if we had another forward.

I just don't get the tactics at all, very difficult to work out what on earth is behind the thinking of MA at present.

I never lose faith.

I always have the mindset that all those at the club are trying their best even if it doesnt always turn out how we'd hoped.

And for that they will always have my support.
