Yeah im excited, but that may change if he keeps the rubbish crocks like mayo and hart in the squad:mad:

the clearout must stay as it is:clap:

Too fuckin ugly as well though!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's your take on the whole situation?

He has a funny chin and a small mouth.

So I'm not attracted to him either.

OH! er....yes, you mean about the managing bit?
I was happy with the progress from Dean Wilkins.
Some of the players worried me in their attitudes though, I have to admit. January was particularly dodgy for the club.

My take is DK is looking to do the best in the next 2 seasons before we start playing in the new stadium. 2 promotions is the goal though i would be very happy with one.

As much as i really like DW IF he had lost the players respect and the rumours are true of what happened around the last transfer are true then he had to go.

Not sure if going back to MA is a good thing or not. But look at WS at Rangers??

MA certainly won't put up with the shit that some players gave DW. He will also be in the dugout the whole game yelling like he always used to. The reason MA left last time was the uncertainty of the stadium, That now is no longer an issue. Lets face it he will get the most out of the players.

Just hope this time next year we are sitting here saying what a good job MA did getting us promoted as champions:thumbsup:

That is a big ask of the man.

This division next season is going to be a bitch to win. MK Dons and Peterboro coming up-both on a roll and well funded. Leicester coming down and possibly Dirty Leeds staying down. If those dirty Leeds bastards go up they'll leave some strong sides behind.

Make no mistake-this is one hell of a challenge for Adams.

Yes but I reckon that is what the board is after. We won div 2 in 02 with Reading, Cardiff, Stoke, Tranmere and Peterborough in it with 90 points and those teams were all very good so the aim must be promotion again

Either way, it´s one of the most interesting appointments the club has made in years.

You have someone who was a resounding success during his previous spell, who on the other hand has been fairly average since.

I think it´s hugely exciting, deep down, but in a scary, "what if it all goes tits up" sort of way.

So 81% are excited (I'm not, although I'm not against the appointment) so I hope we are not going to have abuse and "sort it out Adams" hysteria from the South Stand after 2 games

FAT chance if we don't hit the ground running I reckon :lolol:

You can pretty well guarantee that from the twat who sits three rows back from me in Block E.

FFS which row's he in - I've requested a ST in E block for next season?

Can't say I'm excited about MA's re-appointment - ambivalent at best. As someone has already posted, this is a big ask for Adams (as it would have been for Wilkins) but I suspect they'll be much expectation come August. Personally, I would prefer us to be promoted the following season and avoid a scramble to stay in the Championship in the year immediately prior to re-location.

The manner, timing and rationale for DW's removal disturbs me and I don't understand why Harty thought it necessary to go public about something that was clearly said to him in confidence.

Whereabouts do you sit in Block E, if you don't mind my asking?

I'm an STH in there, and can honestly say that were it not for the great view (right on the half-way line), the moaning and whinging attitudes of those around me would make it unbearable (not to mention the way the woman directly behind me insists on spending a lot of time talking to the person next to her about anything but football - a particular 'highlight' being her spending most of the second half of one game talking about how her local Sainsbury's have stopped selling the kind of grapes she likes).

J or K I believe... almost in line with the away team dugout.

Don't worry though-there are loads of us who are MUCH better at moaning than him. And remember that Block E is divided by the walkway so you could be well away from him.
