Born in Redhill, one half family Millwall and one uncle Chelsea (no one in family Palarse ) but as a boy my Dad (obviously the smartest of the family) always went down to Brighton and was supporting them at a young age so I grew up only ever the Albion and he took me to the Goldstone when I was about 11 and the I fell in love we then went to every home game and alot of away since that day includeing are excile to Preistfield and obviously the withdean years, ad moved to Spain four years ago so Ive recruited my two littlens who were both actually born in Sussex so at last I have family with roots there, I owe allot to my Dad though

Which was in Sussex but then the boundary changed to Kent.

Did it? When?

Anyway, Sussex born & bred for the 1st 19 years of my life before moving overseas for several years, then returning to Sussex, apart from a two year interlude in the Portsmouth area.

The psychological scars of living in Portsmouth are slowly healing. Traumatic experiences take time to recover from.

Born in 'nam (Cheltenham), family moved to Sussex when I was 8, I think. Didn't have any interest in football until then, and a neighbour took me to the Albion one day as he had a spare ticket. And that was me hooked.

I'm not 100% sure but I think it was 1974 when Burgess Hill & Haywards Heath got transferred to West Sussex and we lost TW to Kent.

Born and bred in Brighton, followed the Albion untill my first ever away game....the play off final!! Then I was hooked! So I stopped checking results and actually attended games

So not a bad first away game to go to!
