Jack the Lad is such a nice guy in person. Not a brilliant show though. If I listen to the radio (non-football) it tends to be BBCR2 or Splash FM.

If I'm in the car in Brighton, then I'll put Reverb on. I like the random talking head pieces you get on it, and Pelirocco Platters and some of the evening music stuff - the upside is you ALWAYS hear something new.

As a station overall though it is hit and miss. Sometimes it's a competition with myself to see how long I can stick it out before going mad. There's only so much Mongolian WindChime Wok Nightmare music one can take.

Used to listen to Southern FM when i was younger. Ambrose Harcourt's love bites top 3 with the cheesy music always brought a tear to the old boy.

Tend to listen to Talksport nowadays. Especially the H&J show. The Press Pass on Sunday evening is usually a good listen too. Adrian Durham & Darren Gough Zzzzzzzz

If some of you are struggling for a decent radio show in the morning try Absolute Radio. Christian O'Connell is a good host and works really well alongside Ritchie and Maggie (I don't know their surnames) , they normally have me laughing. A fair chunk of satire and a bit of immaturity goes a long way in the mornings.
