Something in another thread got me thinking and I'm now curious to found out how many people would classify themselves as bad losers.

I'm a bad loser and I know it. I can't help it either. I'm pretty sure I was born overly competitive, and thus, will do nigh on anything to win, especially when competing against friends.

And I'm talking sport here by the way.

The only people who are good at losing are people who are used to it.. I'm a EXCELLENT winner though..

I cannot ever bear to watch the opposition celebrate.
These are the worst examples that still make me feel sick.

Port Vale at the Goldstone: They are promoted, we ain't
Ipswich away: they win promotion on the same day we get relegated
Reading at Elm Park: they win promotion, we don't
Sheffield Wednesday at Withdean: they are safe, we are down
Luton away: they are going to Wembley, we ain't.

I will not ever ever leave any game early,
but I am on the first step down the stairs while the ref still hasn't finished blowing the whistle.

Bad Loser, plenty of practice over the years hasn't made it any easier.

You have? in what way?

Well this is more of a case of playing with friends rather than in real matches...

But, my most memorable act of cheating was catching then just droping a cricket ball with the batsmen stroming his way through our attack, fortunately the umpire didn't see my spill, I didn't say anything and off the batsman walked.

Bad sportsman  But we did win :clap2:

EVERYONE has done that at some point though

I tell you, when we got CHEATED is when we got that 50 partneship and that ****ing umpire gave me out LBW next ball, even though we wasn't playing LBW's (It was U13's):censored::mad:. (He was Bitter - FACT.)

You seemed to take your loss at darts fairly well. Were you burning inside?

I am ALWAYS burning inside.

But nah, in seriousness, darts doesn't bother me as much when it comes to losing, unless it's a game that's been dragged out for ages and I really want to win.

In darts I know when I've been beat and can accept it, football though, is a different kettle of fish, I struggle to accept defeat a lot more.
