Always winning. I just do whoever the favourites are in every game to win 2-0 and the same for them to win 2-1. The odds on betfair are usually 8's or 9's but the result comes in 50% of the time. Got a ridiculous 15's last night on Sweden's 2-0 win v Greece and got the Turkey result up tonight. & If the Czechs had survived the couple of minutes injury time without conceding, I'd have had that one up also. BUYING money!

I've thought about that bet fair, but it sounds a bit complicated for a simpleton like me :dunce: I prefer a gentle stroll up the local bookies instead with cash, though from what I read on here, I don't think they offer the best prices.

Not really a gambler ( what do you mean, it shows ! ? :) ). I only really bet on the big footy tournaments 'cos I love watching every game and a little wager just adds a bit more excitement.

Might follow your advice with a quid on each of those score predictions you mention though for every game.

Well, if you ever want a dabble in an online bookies, I'd recommend betfair. It's just like betting on any other online bookies. Choose who you want to win and how much you want to bet. That's all. Nothing fancy. And the minimum stake is two quid. You CAN do other stuff, like bet on a team not to win, or do spread betting and all that jazz, but if you just stick to betting on someone or something to win, then it's easy as going to the (online) bookies. Tho a gentle stroll is often good.

It's the move away from cash money that I can't quite grasp. Never quite got my head around this paypal thingy I keep seeing on 'puters neither.

 Good luck for Germany & Poland...hope they come in

Put £10 on Turkey at half time 12/1...my original tenner is looking good value so far with a £270 profit...

I know some folks have personal trainers and all that, so..........fancy becoming my personal Euro 2008 punter ? :D

Well done on the £270, keep up the good work there

A few anxious moments for many punters this evening tho eh?

Oh yes, no doubt.

Not personally of course though. I was as cool as the proverbial cucumber throughout ; perfectly confident that all would be well  :lolol:
