Wonder what Tony Bloom makes of all of this? Not heard anything from him of late.
I suspect he has a relieved grin now.

He'll be analysing what went wrong, and will come up with a plan for next season very soon, I reckon.

Brighton - 101 shots on target
Stoke 08/09 - 100 shots on target - Stoke finished 12th.
Stoke 11/12 - 94 shots on target - Stoke finished 14th

Shocked but thanks for posting, so we still have two games to boost our shots tally

Absolutely NOT

The Hull side which survived was awful.

Sunderland sides which stayed up a few years in a row were awful

Huddersfield side that stayed up last year weren't that great

And according to Norwich fans and some on here the Norwich side in the year that CH kept them up were also awful - You cant have it both ways

No wonder they were disliked so much.

It doesn't really matter. I expect Uncle Tony will be calling one of his round table meetings as soon as possible to review the season past and plan the one to come. He won't be blind to our shortcomings and will doubtless invest time, effort and cash in remedying them. We are so fortunate to have him.

Lucky as feck. We need to buy some real players or same next year.

The season is 38 games long. Brighton survived on merit. The sample size of the season mitigates any luck. Brighton are where they should be. Good news is, it’s above the bottom three.

But we are awful too. Ask any neutral (I don’t include you in that).

The question was ''Are we the worst side who avoided Relegation'' - I agree the last couple of months we have been awful. II don't shy away from that reality but we haven't been for the whole season
