I'm celebrating being one day closer to death, assume this is the sort of positivity you are after.

Can this board just not be football only?

I mean if you want to enquire about Coffins and Funeral plans I don’t know why this would be your first port of call anyway... but if it is, ok fine but it doesn’t really seem suitable alongside an xG thread, you know?

Now even if the upbeat positivity of the music and lyric doesn’t float your boat just look at the suits the guys are wearing in the still just after the start(0.04) - I know green check isn’t our shirt colour but just imagine you and four of your pals decked out like that on match day!!

The South Downs are coming alive. Lambs in the fields, all the spring flowers are poking their heads out. This summer we hopefully see a return to fully normal. We're on our way.

Funkily enough I just watched a video reciting the fantastic Wordsworth poem. Truly incredible words.

The song reminds me of primary school assemblies in the 70’s.

Old hymns didn’t feature, instead and indicative of that era, modern hippyish songs.

Love that track and the unique vocals of Cat Stevens.

We sung that at St Luke's. Although I'm not quite sure why we sung 'If I had a hammer'. May have been a stressed out teacher venting their feelings.

A beautiful piece of music.

Similarly this. Used as the theme to two famous children’s TV series.

Lovely. I’d happily have this as my outro soundtrack.

The Big Board has been much more than just football for at least the 15 years (god that's scary) that I've been around here, and I'm sure much longer beyond that.

In my opinion it's part of what makes NSC what it is, and changing it would be for the poorer.

Fair play, I like the randomness of a lot of it. Just the funerals, coffins, death and horrific illnesses is a bit much sometimes.

Anyway,
RIP to Ken Dodd, Louis Armstrong, Wordsworth, Leonard Cohen, Vaughan Williams, Ronald Binge and anybody else mentioned in this thread who is no longer with us.
