No we are not missing Owuso what we are missing is somebody to give the strikers the ball in their preferred area and at their feet. Perhaps when Thornhill is fit he will be that man.

At the end of last season the players were 'hungry' but they appear to have gone back into their shells as Brighton being a nice place to retire to and play football to have a comfortable life.

High up on the South Downs.
I think the three players that were pivotal in keeping us up were Owusu, Dicker and Hart. We should have fought harder to sign Lloyd. He seemed to think he wouldn't be a first choice anyway.
It was a mistake but not of the Iwelumo magnitude.

So we are in fact missing Gary Hart who laid on most of big Lloyd's goals last season.

No, they were playing for their futures (didn't work out for a few of the "heroes" though) against teams who's season was over for the most part.

We now have a new team playing against teams who care big time and were a little unfortunate on Saturday, although I grant you it appears we were outclassed in an embarrassing fashion in every department last night. Let's be charitable and put it down to the fact that Swansea are an excellent Championship side, whilst we are a very poor League One side in transition.

Agreed! The goals that I saw him score were mostly down to the work from OGH (and to be honest, he couldn't fail to score - although he tried his best a couple of times).

At the moment it is definitely a lack of supply rather than a lack of finishing
