I'm pretty positive with all things Albion but I must admit yesterday was pretty concerning . Couldn't see og style coming through at all which alarmed me . We just looked a very very average team and that's being generous . I can honestly see us bottom half

Small margins - Murray handballs and scores against us last week, Derby defender handballs and no pen yesterday, & Ulloa hits post in H2. Could easily have won both games.

It is the defence that is worrying me - you simply don't win many games conceding two and that is four competitive games on the spin conceding two or more. Good thing is that this should be more easily sorted especially if (when) we get in new LB.

Yes of course we COULD be relegated but if you are going to have a bad run, get it in early like Palace last season, Reading season before. Even Peterborough nearly recovered from nightmare start last season. History shows early bad runs are more recoverable. Perhaps we can win a match in december this year!

With Millwall, Doncaster & Barnsley in this division - No Chance.

Ulloa has scored every game remember. 2 in 2.

Until they appointed a foreign manager who had no experience of the Championship or managing in English football then look what happened ?

I said from day1, that experience managing at this level was vital. The Championship is probably the most competitive league in Europe, but all you get for stating such an obvious fact, is called a dinosaur by all the expert football manager game players on here. Who think that just because you got a foreign name and played in Spain then they make you gods give to everything football and a flairtastic.

" The home side under new boss Oscar Garcia looked a pale shadow of the outfit that blazed a trail into the play-offs last term under Gus Poyet "

Valid point, it's a very steep learning curve. If Oscar is any good he will improve fast, if not he will be gone by Xmas, that is the way of football.

Gus had never managed in the Championship before we got promoted, and he didn't do too badly, did he?

I don't think we will be in a relegation battle AS LONG AS the squad buy into what Garcia is telling them and stick together as a group, because there is too much ability there.

I never thought we would equal last year's feats, and obviously nothing has happened so far to alter that view. I would sign for mid-table now, and I think that's where we will finish. There has been a lot of change and upheaval.

One minor thing I think Oscar (and Jonesy) are going to have to improve on is presence on the touchline. He seems quite a humble guy and not really 'in-your-face', and this is all new clearly. But it is all part of it. He was sitting down most of the time.

Derby had Clough and two coaches in the face of the linesman and fourth official all game, a loud, physical presence. Maybe they shouldn't, but are these things are a factor? They certainly got the best of the decisions.

He was assistant at Spurs in the Premiership and Leeds and played hundreds of league matches in England.

OG style is about doing what we did last season but quicker and maybe sometimes longer. As we lack a technically gifted Vicente type in midfield then this becomes quicker and more often longer. To play a fast attacking game you need players with a good touch, vision and decision making.

Sadly although these are in abundance at Barcelona they are more difficult to find at Championship level. I assume this is why we have people like Agustien, David, Orlandi and Andrews who are capable of this to a degree but it remains to be seen if they are capable enough to pull it off at this level

Nailed it.

But, we are only two games in. So, it will improve. I think most of us are aware of that and aren't ignoring it. But we have every right to be concerned by the performance, and by the post-match denial of any problem other than not being clinical.

That was from the Sun. They basically said they could not believe how shite BHAFC were now.
