Planning permission granted, yes, but we've still got to persuade the Council to remove the sport only covenant on the existing ground so that we can sell it... Opposition from NIMBYs and Tory Councillors (sound familiar?)

Darlington +52%
Derby +63%
M´boro +56% (they were also promoted)
Leicester +56% (despite relegation)
Sunderland +65% (despite relegation)
Hull +77%

Makes me ever so slightly jealous.

What about Southampton that increase must be high too.
