In context it was a big nothing. The journalist at 3:47 asks a weird loaded question that points out that we have the most yellow cards and asks him whether he has talked to the City players about 'targeting their indiscipline'. He seems surprised at such an idiotic question and bats it back saying that he wouldn't talk to players about that kind of thing as that's up to the ref. I'm guessing that she is from a local Manchester rag and has swallowed the alternative reality that her paper spun after we cleanly, fairly and deservedly beat them at the end of last season.

We're not 'dirty' as in Roy Keane dirty. We don't have players who will go out to harm the opposition on purpose.

However we are a bit cheaty at times. We have several players who will readily take a yellow card for the team. Veltman in particularly is guilty of this! As are several other players.

Is that even cheating though? Committing a foul deliberately to avoid the opposition a chance to break. It's not cheating in the same way as diving is. We don't try to bend or trick the rules - committing a foul is part of the game, we just use it strategically a lot.[SUP][/SUP]

If we want to talk Cheaty, perhaps Burnley would win that for time-wasting, stalling, etc.

Putting in a last gasp tackle/foul is a defender's game if needed, this is an essential part of defending, if we had defenders that did not do this and let forwards get their wicked way with us, I would be questioning their true commitment for the side.
