Is it worth getting upset over? It is a tax on owning a particular vehicle. Some pay a lot and some pay nothing but it is still a tax.

I'm not getting upset. It just gets used as an anti-cyclist rant all the time.

I don't really care what it's called, just pointing out that it isn't a charge to use the road.

the classic debate... Cars...Bikes...Horses, there's morons in every category, but despite there being more bikes and cars imo there are more morons on horses than anything perhaps due to some ofthem being posh snobs?
