Anything with HFW. His 'Meat' book is superb too, a decent book to own rather than some stocking filler.
the locals where he lives HATE him

HFW and Rick Stein are by far the best cooks at the moment, and Nigel Slater's ok. Anthony Bourdain is fantastic in a different way but hasn't done much recently, there's not a lot of great cookery shows anymore just a lot of "food porn" as it's called.
you're mistaken i fear, dont you mean rick stein and the locals in padstow ?the locals where he lives HATE him
the locals where he lives HATE him
i wouldn't go as far as that. friends of mine that live near him say that he's regarded as a bit of a lothario by the locals, a bit of a saddo
Big cock, Little cock ?
Big fan of HFW. Also Heston Blumenthal but more because of the weird science shit he does.
