Jaffa cakes are cakes. Biscuits have crunch when you bite them.

Jaffa cakes are cakes. Biscuits have crunch when you bite them.

Dad worked for Unilever back in the 70's and brought home a whole range of unlabeled Jaffa Cakes for taste testing along with the questionnaire we had to fill out for each version. Definitely, the ones with plenty of orange were the house favourite

But only the jammie dodgers with the cream in them. I can eat a packet of them in one sitting - but would quite like them without all the unnecessary hard plastic!

I tend to throw the plastic bit away rather than eat it.

I've always assumed everyone eats them like that.

It's a legal thing isn't it?!

You HAVE to nibble round the edge WITHOUT encroaching into the orange bit, then peel that bit off with the chocolate topping. Then eat the cake, then CAREFULLY remove the thin chocolate topping, eat it, and THEN the orange jelly.

Next you'll be telling me there are people who don't eat Mars Bars correctly (i.e. eat the malted bit first, leaving the ledge of caramel and chocolate, of course).
