The Villa ones are terrible time-wasters (presumably under instruction). Walk the ball to the opposing players if leading, as per plucky above. Throw the ball if losing.

Bounce the ball to the home players, roll the ball to the away ones…… etc…

I agree in principle, but watching that clip it’s an absolute nothing. I’d just have a word and be done with it, not everything needs sanctions when it’s that innocuous. Just very mildly inappropriate, in the heat of a football match. Non story - on this specific occasion for me; Clive.
