Absolutely this.

My wife has been to Neweiba about 35 times, but has never got ill. Neither have I.
She always has to bring a lot of packets of Antinel back for a friend, who sends them to her husband serving in Afghan.

Go easy on the alcohol and direct sunlight. They are also part of the illness problem.
i wont be drinking much anyway as its only me and my two boys.

hows charlottenburg and the ku damm ? And its daddies sauce .

Come on, it's all about Wedding these days. The scene moved on from Neukoln last year.

Sharm El Sheikh is very touristy, and has grown on the strength of package holidays and can be a bit Europe does Egypt. You do not quite get the real flavour of cultural Egypt other destinations like Luxor would give you. That said if you have a good hotel it will make for a good holiday and you know the weather will also be good if not a little too hot in the summer season. As someone already mentioned do go diving or if you are not that adventurous take a trip in a glass bottomed boat the view of the coral and marine life is stunning, worth going if only for that visual delight.

I'd hazard a guess we have different ideas on what a place is " all about".

You're probably right. Water parks are not really my thing. Also, I have different needs when visiting and actually living somewhere. The reason I frequent Berlin is very different to the reasons I go on holiday to other places.

I meant we'd have very different ideas about what berlin is " all about" , I'm more than sure that our entertainment needs would be fairly divergent after a certain time :lolol:

Ah, gotcha. Yes, you're quite right, because I don't have to pay for it.

Had a great time, lovely winter sun. Not a dicky tummy in sight.

The sea is fantastic for snorkelling.

Nama (sp) Bay is nice enough. It felt like how Disney would do Egypt, but don't hold that against it.
I'm not an Arabic traveller so it felt very comfortable to me.
There's a lovely pub (bear with me) showing EPL (hang on) in the middle with a really good roof terrace to lounge around on.

The posh bit
egypt is good, but hope you like thee heat July will be hot hot hot.

As for the dodgy tums, it is mainly the money that cause it, get a hand spray from the chemist ( like an anti flu spray) and use it when you spend.
ciprofluxacin is the antibiotic that treats pharaoh revenge you can get it from your gp before you go. ( it will also treat you for anthrax and gonorrhea)

I was in Sharm just over a week ago. As long as you don't drink the water you will be fine. Use bottled water to brush your teeth. Buy some mosquito repellent. The snorkeling is amazing.
Not sure of the resort you have booked.

As for Sharm it is ok but don't expect too much. Defo try to go snorkelling.

One taxi driver asked where I was from, so I told him Brighton and he said "ahhhhhh Adam El Abd!!!" I tipped him hahaha
