About time too. The guys transfer dealings have always been rather suspicious to me. He signs 100's of player every transfer window, from all over the World, and although he has a reputation for signing good players, he's signed plenty that have never got close to the first team.

I've often sat there wandering what made him sign such and such player who no-one had ever heard of, as I watch him driving away in a fabulously expensive car.

According to BBC, Redknapp, Peter Storrie and Amdy Faye are three of the 5. If Mandaric has also been arrested, that just leaves one more.

In the book the author catergorically states that Harry Redknap has never bought or sold a player unless he has personally been given at least £100k for the deal.

When at West Ham he bought and sold 31 players, I think it was.

I was also told that at a charity auction earlier in the year Sam Allardyce outbid everybody present to buy Bentley.

He bought and sold 32 players in his first two seasons at West Ham! Well over 100 comings and goings when in charge of West Ham.
